Tarras Williams was recognized by the Salt River Schools Education Board in November. Here is what her advisor Erica Outcalt had to say about Tarras: 

"I have been working with Tarras as her Higher Education advisor for several years now. Throughout that time, she has become one of the most reliable students that I work with. She always stays in communication, asks questions, turns her documents in early, follows through and aces her classes.

It is always a pleasure to speak with Tarras as she always has a positive attitude, even when things don’t go exactly as planned,  and has great dedication and determination.

Tarras works full time at the Eagle View RV resort, as well as raising her son, taking care of family members, and working on her degree in Business Management.  Tarras shows the qualities Higher Ed looks for in a Student of the Month, and I have no doubt that she is and will continue to be a great leader and asset to the Community. I am very proud to say that I get to work with Tarras and play a small part in her journey. Thank you."
